However, don’t worry if you start training yourself. I have some guideline for select your Muay Thai boxing gloves size.

1. If you are medium man, boxing gloves in size 14 Oz. is the standard size for begin training and if you are medium woman, boxing gloves in size 10 Oz. or 12 Oz. is the standard size for begin training. The others body’s shape, you should select smaller or bigger size up to the appropriateness.

2. Normally, Boxing gloves in size 6 Oz., 8 Oz. and 10 Oz. is used in professional fight for earlier Muay Thai or International bouts.

3. Boxing gloves in size 12,14 and 16 Oz. are ideal for Muay Thai training. The extra weight is great for a better work-out.
