The history prove it is the most effective fight with the knock out as final objective
you can knock out with so manies different ways
As left straight knee to liver or punch to jew or temple
You can open the forehead with an elbow
you can down his head and up knee to face
you can throw low kick and your opponnent can't walk
same with middle kick you can broke is arm
or high kick to the neck or temple or jew
it is possible to hold his leg throw kick knee or to sweep with a low kick
you can chains to face elbows , knees, kick, and punches to face
This is in real situation for a real fight You lean how to stand pain to be stronger in your mind
this is muay thai

muay thai because you have kicks, punches, knees, elbows, and the clinch.

boxing you only have punching.
